Design Musketeer LLC Service Usage Policy

The service usage policy dictates how our clients can utilize and interact with the services we provide. The conditions, inclusions, and exclusions of relevant services are therefore mentioned accordingly for the acknowledgment and convenience of the users.

I. Operational Hours:

  • Our dedicated team operates between the hours of 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM EST.

    • II. Communication Availability:

  • We are accessible for client communications from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.

    • III. Project Capacity Allocation:

  • Each pricing tier, as outlined on our Pricing Page , designates a specific capacity for your projects.

    • IV. Turnaround Time Eligibility:

  • For eligibility for same-day or 24-hour turnaround, tasks must satisfy the following criteria:

    • Estimated task duration should not exceed 1-2 hours.
    • Task complexity must be deemed minimal.
    • Comprehensive instructions must be supplied to facilitate independent work by our designers.
    • All requisite assets, references, or examples must be provided in advance.

    V. Exclusions:

  • Tasks necessitating extensive research or taking more than 4-5 hours are not eligible for 24-hour delivery, attributable to:

    • Time extended on communication, revisions, or iterative interactions.
    • Absence of vital instructions or assets.
    • Alterations in project direction during execution.
